Sharing the results of hosting event on last Saturday... 52 visitors, genarating 47 referrals... To Achievers Chapter, it is an encouragement! Well done...!
But I'm not sure what is the quality of the referrals... Members might put high expectation on its especially the new members. I personally feel that we still can improve in the "feed back form" session.
Overall the energy level of this morning meeting was a bit low... Few members absent, no visitors... It is already 2 weeks no visitors so far... A warning signal to Achievers... I'm not sure the rest of the leaders notice or not... But I can confirm, at least 2 weeks in a row no visitors...
Is it because of the meeting is too small & too pack to members who are sitting at the back? With themselve also feel not confortable then how are they going to invite visitor to experience the unconfortable environment... 25 members meeting only arrange with 24 seats...! Expecting not a full attendance with no visitors???
I hope that is my "miss judgement" on members not inviting visitors...
